Hi, I’m Alex — the founder of Fat Loss Made Simple.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 17 years, but my most important transformation didn’t come from certifications — it came from losing 70lbs myself in just 6 months.

I know what it feels like to struggle with weight, even when you “know what to do.” That’s why I created this program: not just to help people lose fat, but to simplify the process, cut through the noise, and give people the kind of support I wish I had when I started.

I built this for people like me — who want to feel better, move better, and actually enjoy the process.
